Stowe 2008
Took a May holiday weekend drive out to Stowe with Shawn and Debbie Shea. Stayed in The Green Mountain Inn right in the village. Gorgeous scenery, great driving fun. Weather stayed fine until the drive home.

Charleston 2008
Took a long weekend at the end of April to Charlotte to meet with Jon and Janice. Jon and I headed off to Charleston for some sightseeeing and good wine, beer and food. Pictures are here. Beautiful, historic city. Very fine restaurants and bars.
We also lucked in on the annual Charleston AFB Air Show which we viewed on the way home to Charlotte from outside the base perimeter - great location - thanks to Garmin!
